1. Scope of Application

  • Eligible Customers: Those who purchase Themes & Plugins from the WPTrove.net platform.

2. Product Exchange & Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges will be considered in the following cases:

  • The product is distributed by WPTrove.net.
  • The product has technical issues verified by the original developer/provider.
  • The product cannot function or lacks features due to missing templates or licenses.

3. Cases Where Exchanges Are Not Applicable

Exchanges or refunds will not be provided in these situations:

  • The product is incompatible with the customer’s website, server, or environment.
  • The customer has made modifications to the product’s original source code.
  • The product is used improperly or outside the intended purpose specified by the original developer.

4. Exchange Process

To exchange a product, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the product exchange request form.
  2. Exchange is limited to a 1-to-1 replacement for a product of the same price.
  3. Membership products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
