Update via WordPress Dashboard

1.1 Updating Themes to the Latest Version

• Step 1: Download the latest version of the theme from the website. (see instructions)
• Step 2: Log in to your WordPress site.
• Step 3: Go to Appearance > Themes.
• Step 4: Click on Add New at the top of the page.
• Step 5: Select the .zip file you downloaded in step 1.
• Step 6: Click Install.

1.2 Updating Plugins to the Latest Version

• Step 1: Download the latest version of the plugin from the website. (see instructions)
• Step 2: Log in to your WordPress site.
• Step 3: Go to Plugins > Add New.
• Step 4: Click on Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
• Step 5: Select the .zip file you downloaded in step 1.
• Step 6: Click Install.

2. Update via Hosting

• Step 1: Download the latest version of the theme/plugin from ThemeTOT (see instructions).
• Step 2: Access your website’s hosting.
• Step 3: Navigate to the directory:
  • For Themes: wp-content/themes/
  • For Plugins: wp-content/plugins/
• Step 4: Upload the .zip file to the corresponding folder.
• Step 5: Extract the uploaded .zip file and overwrite the existing folder.
